Hold Bandsman in Girl's Death

Ruling "probable cause" had been shown, Police Court Judge Nathan Belcher in New London, Conn., ordered Robert Simpson, 23, orchestra leader, bound over to the Superior court on a charge of first degree murder in connection with the mysterious death plunge of Ellen Sullivan, 17-year-old telephone operator. Miss Sullivan died from a plunge from a danceland casino window, July 18. Simpson's father, Arthur, is standing by his son. The two are shown above with Miss Sullivan, inset.
